Our Approach

Outside of the Box

With Continuous Improvement as a Core Value and fundamental tenant, our approach to change management and leadership are rooted in the principles of the Demining Cycle which focus on a dynamic Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) process of continuous improvement.  This paradigm stresses the status quo and focuses on the "Why" resulting in innovative solutions.

  • Plan – The Planning phase focuses on the identification of an area of improvement or process change, understanding the current state, formulating a future state with targeted reductions in cost & time or increases in quality.  Within this phase, a project plan is developed with tasks & sub-tasks required for a successful process change as well as the metrics required to evaluate the success of the  change.

  • Do – The Do phase represents the execution of the plan with a strong focus on maintaining scope, abiding by the required timetables as set forth in the project plan, and identifying & communicating potential deviations in a timely manner.

  • Check – Upon completion of the implementation, the actual results are monitored & studied utilizing the identified metrics and other unexpected outcomes.  This phase represents the learning phase upon which the process changes are accepted or modified in an effort to achieve the targeted outcomes.

  • Act – The Act phase closes the process reengineering initiative locking down the new process to ensure stability in execution that is consistent intended results.
