Design & oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements compliant with GAAP/IFRS standards.  Assist in the identification and tracking of QOE adjustments.  Assist in the preparation and coordination of proposals for audit & tax firm selection.  

Assist in the development of annual budgets & periodic forecasts including fixed and human capital as well as periodic structured cash forecasting, as deemed necessary.  FP&A services may also include analytical dashboards & ad hoc analysis.

Provide process reengineering to streamline the month-end close process, incorporate key reconciliations and strengthen the system of internal controls while optimizing the capabilities within the ERP or accounting  system.

Refine BOM & process router standards to enhance accuracy of material requirements, yields, scrap rates, fixed & variable O/H rates, and wait & queue times to improve product costing, reduce variances and bolster profitability analysis.

Assess pricing structures and strategies based on profitability in connection with payment, freight and delivery terms, warranty policies, return rates and guarantees.

Advise on the optimal capital structure including debt & equity and negotiate bank credit facilities as well as be a liaison with commercial banker in on-going treasury relationships.

Prepare and propose policies to enhance internal & external control environments and assist in the monitoring of business insurance programs as well as liaison with insurance brokers for a holistic risk management program.
